Shipping Information:

Shipping Information: Items ordered through thefunkybubble.com are shipped via USPS. A street address is required for delivery.

Merchandise will be delivered standard ground, which takes 5-7 business days. You may request express delivery which takes 2-3 business days for an additional charge. Processing time for in stock items is approximately 2 business days. Delivery time does not include processing time.

Additional charges will be applied to shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.

Any item back ordered and shipped separately will be sent postage free; only original shipment will be charged freight.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies

We hope you will be satisfied with your Funky Bubble purchase. However, should you decide the merchandise is not satisfactory, The Funky Bubble return policy is stated below.

The merchandise can mailed or returned to the store. Please leave all tags attached. Also please note that if you choose to mail the merchandise back, you will be responsible for the postage. No refunds are given on shipping and handling charges.

RETURN POLICY:

The Funky Bubble will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid [including sales tax] or The Funky Bubble will issue a Merchandise Credit at the customer's choice when each of the following conditions has been met:

1. The merchandise must be returned within thirty[30] days of the purchase; and

2. The merchandise must be in its original condition, unused condition unless there is a manufacturer's defect; and

3. The merchandise must be accompanied by the original Funky Bubble receipt.

4. Merchandise returned because of a defect will be refunded [price plus tax plus return shipping] or a replacement will be sent postage free.

5. Defective merchandise will be refunded only after inspection by us. Failure of merchandise due to ABUSE or if WORN OUT will not be REFUNDABLE.
